Senior Analyst Home Risk Pricing

Policy Expert is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Home Risk Pricing Team in London. This role involves developing an accurate view of customer risk using advanced statistics, machine learning, and rich datasets. The Senior Analyst will lead the design, build, and validation of risk models, implement monitoring frameworks, and explore new data sources and modeling techniques. They will also collaborate with various teams and present model outputs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, build and validation of Risk Models
• Implement and maintain a monitoring framework
• Explore and create new data sources, modelling techniques
• Partner with Underwriting, Fraud, Risk & Reserving, Tech and Home Retail Pricing
• Present model outputs of your work across the business

Requirements:

• Experience in UK General Insurance (Motor and/or Home)
• Familiarity with pricing / modelling software
• Hands-on experience with statistical modelling
• Data proficiency: SQL, Experience handling large, complex datasets
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
• Comfortable working independently
