Job Description
Tide is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with the Product and Engineering (P&E) teams, as well as managing the business partnering for Risk & Compliance (R&C), and Enablement (EN) cost areas. The role involves financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The FP&A Manager will report to the Head of FP&A and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize resource allocation and improve financial efficiency.
The role involves:
- Leading financial planning for P&E, R&C, and Enablement areas.
- Collaborating with senior P&E leaders to track execution plans.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to improve financial performance.
- Developing financial models to evaluate product development costs and ROI.
- Providing variance and key performance metrics analysis.
- Supporting scenario planning and strategic financial projects.
- Managing IT software costs and implementing cost tracking mechanisms.
- Reviewing reports and financial models.
- Coaching and mentoring Analysts.
- Developing and implementing policies and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A or finance business partnering.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience in controlling IT software costs and vendor negotiations.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Track record of developing process improvements.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with financial planning software and data visualization tools.
