Job Description
Tide is seeking a KYC Analyst to join their team in Bulgaria. The KYC Analyst will be responsible for communicating with active members via chat and email, reviewing and verifying member data and documentation, conducting full account reviews, performing in-depth online research, reviewing and assessing transaction activities, managing escalations, identifying process improvements, responding to queries from internal teams, and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
  • Communicating with active members (non-call centre environment - chat and email)
  • Reviewing and verifying member data and documentation as part of the company’s CDD and EDD processes
  • Conducting full account reviews on existing members (periodic, holistic, and event-driven)
  • Performing in-depth online research on companies and entities related to them
  • Reviewing and assessing transaction activities
  • Managing multiple types of escalations and handling different off-boarding processes
  • Identifying areas of process improvements
  • Responding to queries from internal teams and working closely with them
  • Assisting with different Ad-Hoc projects
  • Excellent spoken and written French language skills (B2+)
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills
  • Previous experience and knowledge of UK/EU banking and AML regulations
  • Ability to use and operate with multiple internal and external platforms
  • Analytical mind and inquisitive about KYC principles and processes
  • Ability to carry out multiple different tasks and stay organized
  • Keen eye for process improvements
  • Previous experience working in KYC/compliance, preferably in a highly regulated environment
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and levels of seniority
  • Ability to balance excellent quality and productivity
