Diligent is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join their HR team in Budapest. This role requires a blend of traditional HR responsibilities with strong analytical skills, ideal for someone who is confident in both data analysis and employee engagement.

What This Role Involves:
- Supporting the design, implementation, and documentation of HR policies.
- Assisting HR Business Partners with performance reviews, compensation planning, and promotions.
- Handling employee inquiries with professionalism and a people-focused approach.
- Drafting HR documents such as employment verification letters and bonus agreements.
- Supporting employee relations matters and policy compliance.
- Contributing to HR initiatives and employee engagement projects.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in Oracle and managing inquiries through Jira.
- Preparing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key HR metrics.
- Conducting exit interviews and writing executive summaries.
- Collaborating with Payroll, Office Management, and other internal teams.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR support or advisory role.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with HR databases and systems, experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Curiosity in discovering AI opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and highly organized approach with great attention to detail.
- A passion for improving employee experience and driving HR process improvements.
