AWS Manager

Job Description

NeuraFlash is seeking an AWS Manager to provide leadership and guidance to internal teams. The AWS Manager will act as the AWS subject matter expert, coach and mentor junior team members, and manage project resource staffing. They will also drive hiring strategies, build high-performing teams, and oversee OKRs.This role involves a balance of people management and technical contributions as an AWS Solution/Technical Architect. The AWS Manager will demonstrate expertise in AWS infrastructure, security, and compliance, architect and optimize AWS solutions, and oversee cloud governance and automation.Responsibilities:

• Act as the AWS subject matter expert.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior AWS team members.
• Manage project resource staffing, utilization, and capacity planning.
• Drive hiring strategies to support organizational growth.
• Build and lead high-performing teams.
• Oversee cloud governance, automation, and DevOps best practices.
• Lead complex AWS projects, integrating services like Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS SageMaker, Amazon Q, and Amazon Bedrock.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing technical teams.
• AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture, security, compliance, and automation.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams while driving innovation and efficiency.
• Experience in the Contact Center domain, particularly with Amazon Connect.
• Knowledge of AI/ML-driven solutions and AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, and Amazon Q.
