Job Description
Anthropic is seeking an Operations Lead for their Creative Brand Studio. This role involves building and scaling an efficient internal creative studio and an innovative brand creative team. The Operations Lead will be responsible for creating systems, processes, and a culture that enables creative talent to deliver high-quality work at scale. This is a foundational leadership role that will define how Anthropic communicates with the world. The Operations Lead will work closely with senior leadership to champion the strategic importance of design and creativity.
