Job Description
Anthropic is seeking an Account Executive to support their Healthcare & Life Sciences Enterprise Account Executives. This role involves driving the adoption of safe AI by securing strategic deals with top enterprises. The Account Executive will manage administrative and operational aspects of the sales process, ensuring smooth onboarding of large enterprises to Anthropic's models and products.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
  • Win new business and drive revenue within the healthcare and life sciences sector.
  • Coordinate and manage compliance reviews.
  • Handle security questionnaires.
  • Manage legal redlines on terms of service.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new enterprise clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Anthropic's products and value proposition.
  • Identify process improvements.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and contract processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance and security requirements in healthcare and life sciences.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for AI technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Biology or Biomedical Engineering preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Interest in learning about advanced AI systems.
