Pure Storage is seeking a Customer Marketing Program Manager to lead operational programs supporting analyst relations, partner marketing, customer advocacy, and budget coordination. This role involves cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Analyst Relations, and Partner teams to drive visibility and value through customer-centric programs.
Role involves:
- Serving as the day-to-day liaison for Analyst Relations (AR) requests.
- Managing peer review presence on platforms like Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and TrustRadius.
- Supporting the growth and maintenance of the partner reference program.
- Managing the customer marketing team’s budget tracker.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing.
- Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with peer review platforms and analyst relations processes.
- Comfortable working with budget tracking tools and PO systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
