Job Description
AlphaSense, a leading market intelligence and search platform, is seeking a Collections Lead to manage and optimize the collections process in their Delhi office. This role is crucial for ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices and maintaining positive client relationships. The Collections Lead will serve as the primary point of contact on the accounting team for both internal and external stakeholders regarding billing matters. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Billing & Collections.
What This Role Involves:
- Efficiently manage the end-to-end collections process.
- Implement strategies to minimize outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the collections workflow.
- Generate reports to track and analyze collection performance.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Collections Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of A/R processes and billing systems.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Excel and Netsuite preferred.
