Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their Sales Development team in Japan. This role involves researching and prospecting into organizations through various channels, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with key decision-makers. The Sales Development Representative will also maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Customer-oriented background (sales, support, customer service)
- Skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, or time and territory management
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably salesforce.com)
- Experience in outbound-focused sales position
- Good Verbal communication skills in business English
