Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking an SDR Operations Manager to join their EMEA Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development process knowledge and expertise, with a focus on driving insights and operational rigor.
The SDR Operations Manager will report to the Director of Global SDR Operations and will be responsible for providing data insights to SDR leadership, supporting QBR preparation, collaborating with cross-functional analysts, and managing SDR dashboards.
Role involves:
- Providing data insights to SDR leadership

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a large Sales Development organization
- Strong understanding of SDR workflows and processes
- Proven proficiency with Salesforce and the enterprise Sales technology stack
- Strong expertise with Excel/Google Sheets
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
