Job Description

Flo, a leading health app with over 400M downloads and 75M monthly users, is seeking an AI & Automation Business Partner. This role involves bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and non-technical teams, empowering them to leverage modern tools to transform their workflows. The ideal candidate will have practical experience applying GenAI tools and guiding stakeholders through AI adoption.Flo is looking for someone who is technically savvy and people-oriented, with a talent for seeing how technology can solve real business problems. The candidate should be an excellent translator between technical and non-technical worlds, understanding that successful adoption requires addressing both practical and psychological barriers.What this role involves:

• Partnering with non-technical departments to identify operational pain points and opportunities for AI.
• Translating business needs into practical technological solutions using low/no-code AI platforms.
• Supporting the AI Governance process and advising on the suitability of AI tools.
• Developing tailored adoption strategies and leading training sessions.
• Creating proof-of-concept solutions and establishing metrics to track technology adoption.
• Serving as the primary liaison between business units and the IT department.
• Advising departments on best-fit commercial AI models and supporting teams in prompt engineering.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience using GenAI tools in business contexts.
• Working knowledge of major LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Experience working with business teams to implement technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Background in change management or technology adoption.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field.
