Job Description

Spin Pago is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, evolution, and implementation of the core transversal platform that enables all B2B products. This role focuses on developing the Merchant Management System (MMS), onboarding processes, internal and external APIs, and foundational architectural components to scale solutions modularly, efficiently, and securely.

The Senior Product Manager will design and consolidate a foundational and technical vision that drives interoperability between product, technology, and business teams, with the strategic goal of reaching 1 million active merchants in the next 5 years.

Role involves:

  • Defining and prioritizing the evolution of the Merchant Management System (MMS).
  • Designing the onboarding experience for businesses and merchants.
  • Developing and implementing a robust API strategy.
  • Collaborating with architecture and technology teams.
  • Establishing a roadmap for reusable core components.
  • Coordinating with other Product Managers and business leaders.
  • Creating tools and dashboards to measure the impact of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Systems, Administration, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years leading complex products/platforms in B2B or fintech environments.
  • 3+ years leading Product teams.
  • C1 English proficiency.
  • Experience leading multiple autonomous squads under agile methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and deploying modular, API-first architectures.
  • Experience working in B2B customer ecosystems.
  • Experience articulating technology integration strategies.
  • Data analysis and management skills.
