Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative in Santa Maria, CA. The role involves creating a rewarding member service experience through listening, helping, and connecting with people in stores and communities. The representative will educate members about Oportun’s financial services and participate in outreach activities.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming members and providing quality service.
- Processing transactions and following company policies.
- Working independently or in a team to exceed daily goals.
- Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach efforts.
- Building relationships with local businesses.
- Supporting community outreach and marketing events.
- Performing light housekeeping duties.
- Using a computer for administrative tasks and member servicing.
- Traveling between designated work locations.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Must be outgoing and sales-focused.
- Must love to help members through outreach and educational activities.
- Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating work schedule.
- Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round.
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
- Ability to organize and file paper documents.
