Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative in Lauderhill, FL. This role focuses on creating a rewarding member service experience by assisting customers with transactions, educating them about Oportun's services, and engaging in community outreach. The representative will work both independently and as part of a team, exceeding daily goals in lending and servicing activities.

Role Involves:
  • Welcoming members and providing quality service.
  • Processing transactions and protecting member information.
  • Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach.
  • Building relationships with local businesses.
  • Supporting community outreach and marketing events.
  • Performing light housekeeping duties.

Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Outgoing and sales-focused.
  • Love helping members through outreach and education.
  • Available to work weekends and flexible hours.
  • Regular, reliable attendance.
  • Willing to work outdoors.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills.
