Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative in Newark, NJ. The role involves creating a rewarding member service experience through listening, helping, and connecting with people. The representative will educate members and communities about Oportun’s financial services.- Welcoming members and providing quality service
- Processing transactions and protecting member information
- Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach
- Building relationships with local businesses
- Supporting community outreach and marketing events
- Maintaining the store's appearance
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Available to work weekends and flexible hours
