Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative in Newark, NJ. The role involves creating a rewarding member service experience through listening, helping, and connecting with people. The representative will educate members and communities about Oportun’s financial services.
  • Welcoming members and providing quality service
  • Processing transactions and protecting member information
  • Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach
  • Building relationships with local businesses

Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Basic computer skills
