Job Description
Narvar is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to help scale its customer base. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn and take action. This role involves working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure the health and success of enterprise clients.Responsibilities include:
  • Owning the health and success of customers from go-live through renewal and expansion.
  • Proactively engaging clients to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities.
  • Using data insights to track client health and mitigate churn risk.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to synthesize customer feedback.
  • Partnering with sales to plan and execute renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Contributing to the scalability of the customer success team through documentation and process optimization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager at a SaaS company.
  • Experience working with enterprise-size accounts.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Excellent client-facing skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical and business teams.
  • BA/BS degree.
