Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support its Asia offices. The ideal candidate will be mature, professional, and organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This role involves delivering a best-in-class employee experience and taking an active role in various HR functions.
Drive end-to-end onboarding processes
Maintain Workday data accuracy and generate HR reports
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate data
Assist with benefits administration and HR documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3 years’ experience in HR operations or a similar role
Hands-on expertise with HR systems (Workday and Greenhouse preferred)
Advanced MS Office skills
Familiarity with payroll processes and statutory HR requirements in at least one APAC jurisdiction
Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus
