Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Field Operations & Logistics Manager to lead ground operations in British Columbia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in scaling Clutch’s presence in the market by building a high-performance team, improving workflows, and driving the operational strategy that supports the next phase of growth. This role requires a balance of tactical execution and strategic planning, working closely with regional leadership to build an efficient operation capable of supporting hundreds of vehicle transactions per week.

What this role involves:

  • Driving market growth by supporting the ramp-up of BC operations.
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
  • Maintaining operational rigor and ensuring process adherence.
  • Managing daily field operations schedules and supporting staffing needs.
  • Leading by example and supporting field activities when needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a supervising role, managing a team of 5+ members.
  • Relentless desire for winning and high performance.
  • Comfortable with tech-enabled processes and proficient in software tools.
  • Ownership mindset and accountability for team results.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable working on-site at the Richmond location.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
