Krafton is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their IP BD team within the Global Strategy & BD Division. This role focuses on creating business opportunities and expanding Krafton's IP, including the PUBG franchise and new IPs, through global partnerships. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various global brands across industries such as fashion, film, F&B, automotive, and entertainment.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the entire process from identifying and evaluating collaboration opportunities to negotiating terms and finalizing contracts. They will work closely with internal partners in publishing, marketing, and legal to achieve common goals and manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting reviews, identifying, and planning collaborations with global brands using Krafton's IP.
  • Collaborating with internal partners to align on objectives and manage project execution.
  • Negotiating and structuring deals to establish contracts.
  • Analyzing industry trends to provide insights and support team direction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or related roles within the gaming/entertainment industry.
  • Basic understanding of the global game market.
  • Native-level English proficiency and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in contract negotiation with global brands.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
