Job Description

Krafton is seeking an M&A Specialist Team Member to join the Chairman’s Office in Seoul. This role involves working directly with the Chairman of the Board to identify and execute growth opportunities for the company. The New Frontier Team is responsible for exploring and executing future growth opportunities, leading the company's business diversification.

The M&A Specialist will be involved in researching promising industries and technologies, identifying and reviewing potential investment/acquisition targets, and leading the entire investment/acquisition execution and post-merger integration (PMI) process.

Role Involves:

  • Researching promising industries and technologies.
  • Identifying potential investment and acquisition targets.
  • Establishing investment/acquisition theses.
  • Leading investment/acquisition execution and PMI processes.
  • Strategic review of long-term growth opportunities and social contribution projects.
  • Performing projects and tasks related to the Chairman of the Board's key responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in one of the following tracks:
  • Investment Track: PE or VC experience with deal sourcing, investment appraisal, and deal execution.
  • Financial Advisory Track: Experience in M&A due diligence and valuation at an accounting firm FAS.
  • Consulting Track: Experience in corporate strategy or M&A-related projects at a strategy consulting firm.
  • Business fluent English communication skills.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration and feedback.
  • No restrictions on overseas travel.
