Job Description

Krafton is seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR Enablement team. This role is based in Seoul and requires at least 3 years of relevant experience. The Employee Relations Specialist will play a crucial part in identifying and addressing HR and labor-related issues within the organization.

Krafton is committed to innovation and expanding its global presence in the gaming industry. The HR Enablement team ensures compliance and maintains stable labor relations to support the company's goals.

Role involves:

• Conducting preliminary reviews of internal and external labor risks and establishing preventive and responsive measures.
• Developing response strategies in accordance with labor laws and policy changes.
• Handling employee grievances, including investigations and operating personnel committees.
• Managing government relations.
• Planning and managing other HR/labor-related projects.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Certified Labor Attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• No restrictions on overseas travel.
• Understanding of the organizational culture in the game, IT, and platform industries (preferred).
• Ability to perform various functions with high motivation in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment (preferred).
