Job Description
Krafton is seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR Enablement team. This role is based in Seoul and requires at least 3 years of relevant experience. The Employee Relations Specialist will play a crucial part in identifying and addressing HR and labor-related issues within the organization.

Role involves:
- Conducting preliminary reviews of internal and external labor risks and establishing preventive and responsive measures.
- Developing response strategies in accordance with labor laws and policy changes.
- Handling employee grievances, including investigations and operating personnel committees.
- Managing government relations.
- Planning and managing other HR/labor-related projects.
Requirements:
- Possession of a Certified Labor Attorney license.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- No restrictions on overseas travel.
- Understanding of the organizational culture in the game, IT, and platform industries (preferred).
- Ability to perform various functions with high motivation in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment (preferred).
