The role involves:
- Maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Extending existing contracts through personal contact.
- Communicating the value of offers and products.
- Communicating with customers via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and letter.
- Fulfilling customer expectations and addressing their concerns.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using IT tools.
- Affinity for sales and negotiation skills.
- Team spirit and an eloquent demeanor.
