Job Description

The role involves:
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Extending existing contracts through personal contact.
  • Communicating the value of offers and products.
  • Communicating with customers via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and letter.
  • Fulfilling customer expectations and addressing their concerns.

Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using IT tools.
  • Affinity for sales and negotiation skills.
  • Team spirit and an eloquent demeanor.
