Topsort is seeking a Recruiting Lead to join their rapidly growing team. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the company's growth and culture. The Recruiting Lead will manage the roadmap of future Topsorters, own the hiring process, and report to the HR and People Lead. This position is based in the Boston office but involves working with a global team of recruiters.
Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters and sourcers.
- Serve as a culture carrier within the People & Talent organization.
- Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Utilize talent analytics to optimize the hiring process.
- Leverage technology to drive productivity across recruiting teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to elevate hiring performance.
- Work with c-levels to develop hiring roadmaps and talent strategy.
Requirements: - A minimum of 7 years in recruiting, with an emphasis on scaling a sales organization.
- A minimum of 3 years leading high-performing teams.
- Experience with managing expectations and reporting to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic hiring plans.
- Analytical rigor and ability to proactively drive clarity with data.
- Proven operational excellence and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
