Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their high-performing retail sales team in North America. This is a hybrid role supported by Sales Development Representatives, responsible for generating relationships with potential clients to exceed KPIs. The Senior Account Executive will develop a sales pipeline through prospecting, meeting scheduling, and managing the sales process from initial communication to closing, including demonstrations. They will be part of an innovative company that is changing how business owners and their customers interact in the retail sector.Responsibilities:
  • Develop pipeline and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish relationships and define customer needs in the retail sector.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial communication to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve common business goals.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a B2B outbound sales role, ideally in retail or SaaS.
  • Experience managing all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience forecasting sales and managing key performance indicators.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
