Job Description
Jun Group is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to establish and oversee efficient policies ensuring smooth company operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on specialist with experience in hardware and software management, proficient in Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, G Suite, WiFi networks, and security protocols. This role involves providing direct support to team members and contributing to the improvement of the company's IT infrastructure.Responsibilities include:
- Setting up computers and accounts for new team members
- Communicating with third-party service providers
- Automating system provisioning and management
- Executing long-term infrastructure improvement projects
- Managing user accounts and rights according to IT security policies
- Performing maintenance activities (backups, licenses, etc.)
- Responding to user queries and resolving problems
- Documenting processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Ordering IT equipment and managing inventories
- Working with HR for smooth onboarding/offboarding
- Assisting in managing firewalls and office infrastructure
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of technical support experience in a corporate IT environment
- Advanced experience with Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack administration
- Experience with automated deployment for Mac and Windows (MS Intune, Mosyle, JAMF or equivalent)
- Experience with video conferencing systems (Google Meet & Zoom, Logitech Rally Bar hardware)
- Jira/Confluence Administrator experience
- Technical understanding of IT hardware and software (Mac, Windows, and Linux)
- Foundational knowledge of networking (DHCP, Gateways, TCP/IP)
- Problem-solving skills with excellent communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Experience with AzureAD/Microsoft EntraID (a plus)
- Experience managing Cisco Meraki hardware (a plus)
