Job Description
Teads is seeking a highly motivated Partner Manager to expand the adoption of its content recommendation platform and video advertising solutions among digital media partners in Japan. The Partner Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, supporting their business growth by leveraging Teads’ technology to optimize revenue, enhance audience engagement, and drive the adoption of new products.
What this role involves: - Managing and growing dedicated publisher accounts.
- Overseeing all operational and strategic aspects to help partners and Teads achieve their goals.
- Conducting regular meetings and consultations with partners.
- Providing training on the Teads platform.
- Collaborating with the Japan Publisher Managing Director and other teams.
- Contributing to local/global demand sales through the values of supply.
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in the digital media or ad tech industry.
- Experience managing strategic partners and launching new products in the market.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising industry and business models.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (SSP or DSP) and digital tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn the Teads system architecture.
- Proactive and goal-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Native-level Japanese language skills and a strong willingness to work in English.
- Proficient in Word, Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
