Job Description
Teads is seeking a Head of Enterprise Solutions to be based in Paris. The role involves building strong partnerships with agencies and collaborating with internal commercial teams to maximize client value from Teads' full-funnel, omnichannel advertising platform. The Head of Enterprise Solutions will support clients in leveraging the platform effectively, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term success. Key responsibilities include:
- Becoming the commercial lead for Teads AdManager (TAM) platform in France & Belgium.
- Collaborating with the Sales team to unlock new business at Brand Directs, Agency Holding Companies and Independent agencies.
- Guiding successful client onboarding on the Teads Ad Manager platform.
- Managing relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges and tailoring initiatives to ensure success.
- Managing and promoting the TAM agency certification programs to enhance platform expertise among users.
- Running internal training sessions for local commercial teams.
- Driving adoption of strategic new features by supporting the local roll-out of new product releases.
- Working with the global product team and share customer insights to shape the development of the platform.
- Running strategic business and product analysis in order to identify new opportunities, improve business processes, customize global initiatives to local market needs and specificities.
- Establishing locally relevant initiatives across the region based on the strategic priorities and growth opportunities.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university; MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
- Prior digital media and programmatic advertising experience and a strong technical understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
- Strong background working with Agency Holding Companies, Brands, and Independent agencies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, presentation and project management skills, high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic support with hands-on execution.
- Experience with other DSPs or social media platforms and ability to navigate various digital platforms and processes.
- Self-starter & quick learner, an ultimate team player.
