Job Description
Preservica is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of entry-level products within a Product Led Growth environment. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and facilitating sales, becoming knowledgeable about Active Digital Preservation, and providing insights to organizations across various markets. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, contributing ideas for product improvements and sales tactics.
- Drive sales of Preservica products
- Qualify and engage with upsell targets
- Close deals under £15,000 ARR and earn commission
- Monitor and report on users of the freemium version
- Proactively help users towards product adoption
- Qualify potential end-users for Professional and Enterprise opportunities
- Keep up with product and service information
- Explain and demonstrate product features
- Stay informed about competing products
- Manage opportunities in Salesforce and LinkedIn
- University degree or equivalent
- Experience in inside sales or a related sales position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Familiarity with records, information governance, and archives (advantage)
- Familiarity with Product Led Growth (PLG)
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational skills and multitasking ability
