Senior Manager - Banking Alliances

Job Description

Razorpay is seeking a Senior Manager - Banking Alliances to forge strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, networks, and financial institutions. This role will scale Razorpay’s ad platform and co-funded offers. The Senior Manager will collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and analytics to develop targeted campaigns and deliver innovative solutions.

Role involves:

• Identifying, negotiating, and onboarding banking, network, and NBFC partners.
• Developing and executing co-funded offers.
• Leveraging Razorpay’s data ecosystem to create targeted customer cohorts.
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of banking alliances and campaigns.
• Driving market expansion strategies in new verticals and geographies.
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing data-driven insights.
• Ensuring timely closure of commercials, billing, and reconciliation processes.

Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 6-10 years of overall experience with at least 5-6 years in banking alliances, fintech partnerships, or related roles.
• In-depth understanding of credit/debit card products, EMI solutions, and co-branded/affinity card programs.
• Demonstrable experience in conceptualizing and executing partnership strategies.
• Experience in end-to-end project management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an aptitude for forging strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
