Razorpay is seeking an Associate - Cross Border to join their team in Bangalore. Razorpay is a leading financial services organization committed to providing comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions to Indian businesses. This role involves engaging with marketing-qualified leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and effectively positioning Razorpay's products and services.
- Engaging with MQLs through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Qualifying and nurturing leads to create opportunities.
- Understanding customer needs and positioning products/services effectively.
- Maintaining and growing a healthy pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
- Scheduling product demos and coordinating with the pre-sales team.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for lead conversions.
- Providing feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
- Maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
