Senior Curriculum Developer

dbt Labs is seeking a Senior Curriculum Developer to design learning experiences for data practitioners. The role involves building learning assets with subject matter experts, orchestrating development using Asana, and delivering on-demand courses and instructor-led training.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing accessible learning experiences
• Building learning assets with subject matter experts
• Orchestrating development using Asana
• Delivering on-demand courses and instructor-led training
• Monitoring course feedback and iterating on content

Requirements include:

• 4+ years of experience in project management and instructional design or curriculum development
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Experience creating content in an LMS, particularly Thought Industries
