Job Description
Whalar is seeking a Manager, Client Services to oversee the end-to-end delivery of influencer and creator campaigns. The role involves managing daily operations, including budgeting, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. The Manager will support the team in sourcing talent, handling contracts, creating briefs, and ensuring smooth campaign execution. They will also mentor a Campaign Executive and participate in internal and client-facing meetings, providing strategic insight.
Role involves:
- Project managing day-to-day operations of campaign delivery.
- Managing budgets and timelines.
- Supporting the team for creator sourcing, contracting, and briefing.
- Mentoring a Campaign Executive.
- Leading or participating in internal and external meetings.
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years’ agency or brand experience, including team management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem.
- Appreciation for creativity.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Multiple languages is a plus.
