Senior Total Rewards Analyst

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join their Total Reward team in London. The ideal candidate will plan, develop, implement, administer, and maintain rewards programs for the EMEA region, aligning with the company's global pay philosophy and local practices. This role involves ensuring competitive practices, evaluating programs, and recommending improvements.

What this role involves:

• Providing Compensation & Benefits support for assigned segments.
• Advising on base pay, short-term, and long-term incentive administration.
• Auditing jobs and pay levels to resolve issues from reorganizations and acquisitions.
• Supporting People business partners on benefits and leave programs.
• Leading annual benefit renewal processes in the EMEA region.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and employment laws.
• Consulting on rewards policy interpretation and new hire offers.
• Developing and administering competitive rewards programs.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of global Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suite.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Strong quantitative reasoning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative skills.
• Broad background in job design, market pricing, and compensation practices.
