Sales Coordinator (Dutch speaking)

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Sales Coordinator to empower their Account Management team. This role is based in Ghent, Belgium, and follows a hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days from home). The Sales Coordinator will streamline processes, connect departments, and ensure customer touchpoints run smoothly.

What this role involves:

• Supporting day-to-day operations of the Account Management team.
• Optimizing key processes such as customer data workflows and deal tracking.
• Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Billing, and Product teams.
• Coordinating campaign activities and supporting onboarding initiatives.
• Contributing to projects and wider company initiatives.
• Identifying and resolving inefficiencies.

Requirements:

• Experience in a coordination, sales support, operations, or enablement role (ideally in SaaS, tech, or a scale-up environment).
• Process-driven and organized.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, or Asana.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch & English.
