Job Description
Lush is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Maine Mall location in South Portland. The Assistant Manager will support the Shop Manager in all business areas, ensuring a strong customer experience, staff experience, and operational excellence. They will also contribute to exceeding sales goals.
Role Involves:
- Collaborating with the team to exceed daily sales goals.
- Educating customers and staff on brand values.
- Driving sales through business acumen and understanding of metrics.
- Supporting staff recruitment, selection, and development.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Managing stock and inventory.
- Maintaining visual and merchandising standards.
- Ensuring proper scheduling, time, and attendance practices.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of managing or supervising in a retail environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong customer service, supervisory, and sales skills.
- Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
