Part Time Floor Leader - Mall at Bay Plaza

Lush is seeking a Floor Leader for their store located in the Mall at Bay Plaza in Bronx, New York. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

The Floor Leader will spend their time on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve their goals. They will foster a positive work environment, ensuring happy customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and coaching the sales team
• Delivering a world-class customer experience
• Educating customers on Lush brand values
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
• Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs
