Lush Cosmetics is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their Robson Street location. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring operational excellence. The Floor Leader will lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Role Involves:
- Driving sales and coaching the sales team.
- Delivering world-class customer experience and product demonstrations.
- Educating customers on Lush brand values.
- Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors.
- Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
- Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
