Job Description
Inbank, a fintech company with an EU banking license, is seeking a Back Office Support & Quality Team Lead to join their team in Kaunas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimising support processes, driving automation, and improving technical issue resolution. This role also involves developing and delivering internal training to enhance team knowledge and performance.In this role, the candidate will:
- Lead and manage a team of 5 people.
- Foster team motivation and engagement.
- Prepare and present group reports.
- Design and deliver training sessions.
- Create effective training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to process optimisation initiatives.
Requirements for this role include:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Customer Support Team Lead or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Proven team management experience.
- An ownership mindset and a proactive attitude.
- A valid driving licence and strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
