Job Description
SonicWall is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead its Managed Security Services strategy. This role involves owning the end-to-end lifecycle of SonicWall’s MSS offerings, focusing on enabling MSPs and MSSPs to deliver differentiated and scalable managed services. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MSP/MSSP space and a track record of launching successful managed services.

Role Involves:
  • Defining and evolving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SonicWall’s Managed Security Services portfolio.
  • Collaborating with MSPs and MSSPs to design services tailored to their business models.
  • Leading end-to-end product lifecycle for managed offerings built on SonicWall technologies.
  • Driving alignment with Engineering, Service Delivery, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Designing and optimizing service packaging, pricing, and monetization strategies.
  • Serving as the internal advocate for service providers.
  • Establishing KPIs to track adoption, service quality, customer satisfaction, and partner profitability.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of product management or service development experience in cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years in managed services for MSPs or MSSPs.
  • Deep understanding of MSP/MSSP business models, operational workflows, SLAs, and tools.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling managed security offerings.
  • Experience working across hardware, software, and cloud-based security services.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Technical fluency in cybersecurity concepts.
  • Experience building go-to-market strategies for managed services.
