Warby Parker is seeking a Licensed Optician to join their team in Easton Town Center, Columbus, OH. The Licensed Optician will play an integral role in helping people see by providing extraordinary customer service and expertise in Warby Parker's brand and glasses.Role involves:

• Working directly with customers to meet their eyewear needs.
• Taking and recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear.
• Ensuring finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explaining prescription terminology and product offerings.
• Helping customers choose frames and lenses based on their needs and style.
• Collaborating with the team to improve sales and customer service practices.
• Representing the brand and educating others about its values and mission.

Requirements:

• Licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states).
• Passionate about the eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer satisfaction.
• Energetic, positive team player.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
• Open-minded and eager to learn.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
