Job Description
PagerDuty is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to join their customer-focused team in Sydney. This role reports to a Director of Commercial Sales and focuses on acquiring new business opportunities within a group of accounts that fit PagerDuty's ideal customer profile. The ideal candidate will manage net-new business deals and expand the company's footprint within landed accounts.Role involves:
- Creating, developing, and managing net-new business deals.
- Expanding PagerDuty's footprint within landed accounts.
- Prospecting and organizing to achieve victories.
- Providing consultative guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of full cycle sales experience.
- 1-2 years + strong background in lead generation and prospecting.
- 1+ year experience with common SaaS software tools (SFDC, Outreach / Salesloft, Tableau, DemandBase / 6Sense).
- Proven ability to quickly gain trust with senior leaders.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
- Passion for cloud technologies.
