AirTrunk is seeking a People & Culture Manager to be based in their Data Centre in Johor Bahru. The People & Culture Manager will report to the Associate Director, People & Culture and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region. This role involves supporting the implementation of HR strategies, acting as a strategic advisor to senior management, and overseeing HR operations.AirTrunk is looking for someone to:
- Support to implement HR strategies aligned with corporate goals and Malaysian regulations
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management locally
- Oversee and optimize all HR operations
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management processes
Requirements for this role include:
- A seasoned HR professional with expertise in talent management, compliance, people operations, and employee relations.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role in Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal and cultural awareness skills, with the ability to handle complex employee relations matters.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
