Job Description
CASETiFY is seeking a Senior Retail Manager to lead retail expansion, secure new business opportunities, and optimize store operations in the Korean market. The Senior Retail Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth and profitability while ensuring high performance across all stores.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a retail expansion strategy for Korea.
  • Identify and evaluate new retail opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead the identification and evaluation of potential new store locations.
  • Oversee store design and construction processes.
  • Oversee the daily operations of all retail stores in Korea.
  • Provide leadership and support to store managers and staff.
  • Develop and implement training programs.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving retail sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Korean retail market.
  • Passion for lifestyle, fashion, tech acc brands, travel categories.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in project management, planning, and execution.
  • Energetic, results-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Fluency in English and Korean is required.
