QA Backend Automation Engineer

Betsson Group is seeking a QA Backend Automation Engineer to join their Engagement Area within Product Development. This role is crucial for ensuring customer loyalty and providing a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of the product, identify weaknesses, and enhance testing effectiveness.

• Develop a deep knowledge of the product.
• Design and develop automated tests.
• Play an active role in requirement definition.
• Promote a quality mindset.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Conduct root cause analysis of issues.
• Improve the Software Delivery process.

Requirements:

• Experience with C#, Javascript, and Typescript.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with testing these APIs.
• Proficiency in using test automation libraries like Playwright and Cypress, as well as frameworks like Jest and Mocha.
• Experience with non-functional testing using tools like K6 or JMeter.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Good understanding of software testing processes and techniques.
