Job Description
Rockstar Games is seeking a Development Support member for their Game Live Operations team in Edinburgh, Scotland. This is a full-time, permanent, in-office position. The Development Support member will be responsible for the management and maintenance of live retail titles, including hot fixes, scheduled maintenance, and event support. They will investigate emerging issues, communicate details to various departments, edit backend files, and coordinate test work.Rockstar Games offers an inclusive and highly-motivated environment where team members can learn and collaborate with talented individuals.Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and communicate meetings.
  • Take notes during meetings and summarize next steps.
  • Manage communication channels.
  • Work with Design Production to link the team to project schedules.
  • Assign and manage bugs.
  • Provide bug status reports.
  • Provide project progress reporting.
  • Collate and create documentation.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in Games or similar software development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and strong initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Calm and confident approach.
  • Comfortable coordinating efforts across multi-discipline teams.
