Job Description
Podium is seeking an AI Deployment Project Leader to own the end-to-end deployment of custom AI solutions for its enterprise customers. This role is a blend of consulting, technical product management, and customer success, focused on delivering rapid and repeatable value.

The role involves:
  • Deploying custom AI solutions by leading the scoping, build, and launch of tailored AI employees, collaborating with Solutions Architects and Engineering.
  • Running projects like a consultant, establishing clear workstreams, milestones, and weekly executive readouts.
  • Managing executive and technical stakeholders, chairing steering committees, aligning C-suite sponsors, and coordinating with customer product, data, and IT teams.
  • Proving and communicating ROI by defining success metrics, instrumenting data capture, and delivering compelling ROI narratives.
  • Iterating playbooks to continually refine the deployment methodology, tooling, and documentation.
  • Building the Enterprise AI Platform by partnering with engineering to evolve the platform and explore integrating new architectures and tools.

Requirements include:
  • 2+ years at a top-tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent).
  • Technical skills related to AI architecture, prompt engineering, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Proven record of delivering 3–6 month programs with aggressive timelines and cross-functional teams.
  • Extreme ownership and a bias for action.
  • Customer-facing skills to command a room and build relationships with VP/C-level leaders.
  • Willingness to travel ~35%.
