Figure is seeking a Sr. Paralegal to join their growing team. Figure is a financial technology firm focused on maximizing the value of homeownership. The Sr. Paralegal will play a key role in organizing and maintaining the legal filing system and corporate entity database, supporting counsel in financial transactions, supporting the legal team in responding to complaints and subpoenas, and providing support for the contract review process and the maintenance and expansion of the contract management platform.What This Role Involves:

• Organizing and maintaining legal filing systems and corporate entity databases.
• Supporting the legal contract management process.
• Assisting the legal team in deal flows.
• Interpreting key provisions and timelines in various documents.
• Preparing submissions to state and federal regulators.
• Collaborating with various teams on project management and scheduling.
• Researching and responding to corporate-oriented inquiries.
• Supporting regulatory reporting and related internal processes.
• Assisting with SEC reports and stock exchange compliance.
• Monitoring changes in legislation and regulations.
