Field Marketing Manager and Community Manager (Contractor)

Job Description

Figure is seeking a driven and experienced Field Marketing and Community Manager Contractor to collaborate with the Partnerships, Marketing, Communications, and Partner Success teams. This role will focus on elevating Figure’s product and brand awareness through various events, campaigns, and programs. The contractor will also manage Figure’s social media presence across multiple platforms.Figure is a financial technology firm that is maximizing the value of homeownership. It operates at the intersection of regulation and transformation, and is considered a "unicorn" company.What This Role Involves:

• Leading field events from concept to execution.
• Planning, developing, and executing a portfolio of events.
• Creating and managing event budgets.
• Partnering with Partnership teams to align on objectives and positioning.
• Overseeing all logistical aspects of events.
• Conducting post-event analyses and debriefs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing programs.
• Tracking and measuring event performance.
• Championing Figure's core values and brand positioning.
• Running Figure’s day-to-day social media.
• Responding to product questions and addressing complaints on social platforms.
• Collaborating across teams to amplify key launches and company news.
• Traveling within the U.S. for event execution.

What We Look For:

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, with an emphasis on planning and managing events and at least 1 year of social media engagement and community management experience.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and execute unique, high-impact events.
• B2B marketing experience is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in executing events across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats.
• Strong executive presence.
• Extensive cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Strong instincts for writing effective content.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude.
