Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Product Specialist to join their adoption services team. In this role, the individual will partner with customers to lead implementations for feature add-ons and enhancements to their Zenoti solution. The Product Specialist will work with customers to understand their business requirements, define scope, plan, and implement enhancements and adoption of Zenoti software features to streamline operations and drive increased revenue. They will independently handle customer adoption procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
The Product Specialist will lead demos, training, conduct walk-throughs, and solution reviews through excellent customer presentations. They will drive proofs of concept and pilots for high-priority and complex customers, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and address customer issues promptly. The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date on Zenoti product knowledge and maintain thorough documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementations for feature add-ons and enhancements
- Understand customer business requirements and define scope
- Plan and implement enhancements and adoption of Zenoti software features
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Lead demos, training, and solution reviews
- Drive proofs of concept and pilots
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Address customer issues promptly
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise products
- Strong software background and ability to master product functionality
- Strong business consulting experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven fast learner of enterprise applications and cloud solutions
- Ability to communicate in business terms with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience driving technical discussions and discovery workshops
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience working with remote teams
- Strong demo/training and presentation skills
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
